Radio Systems Corporation To Open New Offices In Dundalk

Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD has announced the opening of a new European head office in Dundalk by global pet product innovator and manufacturer Radio Systems Corporation.

The opening of the new office follows on from comprehensive market research and evaluation and will result in the creation of 56 new jobs over the next three years. The investment is supported by the Irish Government through IDA Ireland.

From January 1, 2013 Radio Systems PetSafe Europe Ltd will be fully operational and will base its European multilingual customer services centre, finance, order management, supply chain and human resources departments in Dundalk. Of the 56 jobs being created over the next three years 25 will be hired for by end of December.

Making the announcement Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton, TD said: "A key part of the Government’s plan for jobs and growth is deepening and developing the impact of multinational companies here, particularly in regional locations. Today’s announcement that Radio Systems Corporation is establishing a new operation in Dundalk with the creation of 56 jobs is great news and marks another good investment for the North East. By continued implementation of the Action Plan for Jobs we can accelerate the transition currently underway in the economy and create the jobs and growth we need."

Radio Systems has appointed David Verdon as a European Operations Manager to set up and lead the European head office in Dundalk.
