Roscommon County Council is inviting Expressions of Interest in the purchase and development of fully serviced commercial sites at Ballyboughan Townland, Racecourse Road, Roscommon.

The Council will consider the disposal of sites in lots of ½ to 1 acre for the establishment of small to medium industrial and commercial businesses.

It is intended that this development of 16 fully serviced sites, which have been completed to a high standard, will be disposed of to eligible applicants. The development of the serviced sites has been undertaken as part of the Council's role in facilitating, encouraging and developing business investment in County Roscommon.

Priority will be given to applications from businesses who propose to promote employment opportunities or sustain existing employment.
