Man Fined For Planning Offence

A Coleraine man was fined £200 plus £105 legal and court costs for a planning offence at Coleraine Magistrates' Court today.

Mr Hugh Patrick Henry of Craigmore Road, Ringsend, Coleraine pleaded guilty for failing to comply with a Breach of Condition Enforcement Notice which required visibility splays to be implemented for a dwelling house.

This was a second offence for the continued non-compliance with the Breach of Condition Enforcement Notice. Mr Henry's initial court appearance in May 2010 had resulted in a fine of £200 plus £104 costs.
