Transport Minister Danny Kennedy has officially re-opened Portadown Railway Station following the successful completion of a £3.6m redevelopment programme.
The project was part funded by the European Commission and was delivered ahead of schedule.
Mr Kennedy said: "Visitors to the new Portadown Railway Station will see an amazing transformation from the 1970's building it replaces.
"With over 900,000 passengers using the station every year, the alterations, extension and refurbishment mean that Portadown Station now offers truly first class facilities for local and cross border passengers.
"I am delighted that the previous accessibility issues have now been fully resolved making Portadown a station that offers a friendly welcome to everyone."
