NIHE Introduce Home Improvement Grant

The Housing Executive's West Grants office has launched a new leaflet aimed at showing home owners, landlords and those renting privately how the NIHE may be able to help them.

It is able to offer grants for disabled facilities, repairs, boiler replacement and in exceptional circumstances a discretionary grant to help renovation, replacement and home repairs.

The Housing Executive was delighted with the response received from those attending the agricultural shows in Clogher Valley, Enniskillen and Omagh over the summer.

Nearly 275 people visited the stand to enquire about how the Housing Executive can help them.
