Resurfacing Works To Begin In Hillsborough

Regional Development Minister Danny Kennedy announced the start of a £350,000 resurfacing scheme on Culcavy Road, Hillsborough.

The work is due to begin on Monday 14 October 2013 between Lisburn Street and Aghnatrisk Road.

The Minister said: "This scheme will increase the life of the road, greatly improving the strength and ride quality of the carriageway along this busy route."

Works on Culcavy Road, will commence each morning from approximately 8am, and continue until 6pm each evening. During these works, lane closures and temporary traffic controls will be in operation.

The scheme is expected to be complete by late November 2013.
