Ms Kelly was speaking after posing an oral question to DRD Minister Danny Kennedy.
She said: "It is important that lessons are learned from the failure of the Executive to deliver major capital projects. From the setbacks with the A5, to Narrow Water Bridge and now the jeopardy surrounding the Police training college at Desertcreat, the public are rightly frustrated at the Executive’s inability to deliver.

"I was pleased to hear that the Regional Development Minister has asked for a 'lessons learned' review of his Department's handling of the A5 development. He rightly pointed out that many of the flawed processes were carried out under his predecessor, Conor Murphy's, watch.
"Public confidence in the Executive, and consequently in politics, is at a low ebb. In order to restore that confidence it is vital that those who oversaw these failed processes are answerable for their actions."
