McLaughlin Harvey Completes Dungannon Retail Unit

McLaughlin & Harvey has recently completed the construction of a new 1050m2 shell retail unit at the Oaks Retail Park in Dungannon, County Tyrone, which is to be occupied by retailer Home Bargains.

The steel frame cladded and internal blockwork building with a suspended slab and architectural entrance feature, which included frames from the company's our Framework division, was completed in 24 weeks.

The project included major service diversions and temporary works designs. The mains power cable that served the existing shopping centre and hundreds of residents was successfully diverted without loss of service, the company said.
