Firm Appointed To Complete Colin Town Centre Proposals

The Paul Hogarth Company is to complete the detailed design and application for Outline Planning Permission for proposals in west Belfast.

The firm will begin work on reviewing and finalising the Colin Town Centre masterplan proposals and submitting an application to DOE Planning for Outline Planning Permission.

Colin Town Centre development proposals include a town square/public event space, new retail/commercial units, 1,000 pupil Secondary School along with gaelic, soccer and hockey pitches, car parks and changing pavilions, a new health centre incorporating children's health facility, new Primary School and a multi-purpose community building.
