Carillion has replaced gas heating systems on almost 450 social homes in west Belfast.
The schemes are currently underway in Ballymurphy, Mid Shankill, Monagh, Norglen and Whiterock.
The current gas boilers are being replaced with new wall hung boilers; the radiators replaced and a new electric fire and fireplace fitted. Any insulation that is not up to standard will be upgraded, and carbon monoxide detectors will also be fitted.
Carillion Programme Manager, Trish Whiteway, said: "Carillion is pleased with the progress of all three of these heating replacement schemes, and from speaking to the tenants both before and after our works are completed, they all seem very happy with the results. We will continue to work to provide a high standard of work with minimum disruption to people's homes."
