Planning has been granted for the redevelopment of a former retail store in L'Derry.
The plans, approved by the council, include a new cafe/restaurant to the front of the property and a bar to the rear of 34 Shipquay Street.
Environment Minister Mark H Durkan said: "This project will inject investment into the Historic City whilst bringing a vacant property back into use and adding to the vitality and viability of the city centre. What I am about is a better environment and stronger economy."
