Planning has been approved for a 60-acre extension to Belfast Harbour.
The proposed extension will provide additional land for port-related uses by reclaiming approximately 60 acres of land from Belfast Lough beyond the end of the existing Victoria Terminal 4.
Environment Minister Mark H Durkan said: "This decision will also bring jobs in the construction phase and have knock on benefits for the quarry sector. Decisions like this all help create a better environment and a stronger economy."
