Road Improvement Scheme To Start In Belfast

A road improvement scheme in Belfast is scheduled to begin next Monday (29 September).

The scheme on the Stewartstown Road includes resurfacing a section of carriageway between Michael Ferguson Roundabout and Bell Steel Road.

This will be carried out over three nights from Monday 29 September to Wednesday 2 October.

Transport Minister Danny Kennedy said: "This scheme will deliver long term improvements for everyone in the area with road users in particular being among the first to directly benefit from the investment."
