Work On Traffic Calming Project To Start In Culmore

Preliminary work for a traffic calming scheme in Culmore is to begin on Monday 10th November.

SDLP Cllr Angela Dobbins has welcomed the project on the Ardan Road.

She said: "I have been given assurances that work will be completed before Christmas and while there may be delays and inconvenience for residents this will be for a short period, and access for local traffic shall be accommodated.

"The work on Ardan Road will be from its junction with the Culmore Road to its junction with Coney Road, a distance of 364 metres.

The main resurfacing work is to take place between the 8th to the 17th December.
