The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) is to invest over £250,000 for Coleraine tenants to receive new kitchens.
The tenants, in the Harpur's Hill area, will also be involved in the selection of their units, worktops and tiles.
Plumbing and electrics will be upgraded and smoke and heat detectors will be fitted or upgraded as required.
Brendan Doherty, local manager at the Housing Executive in Coleraine, said: "We are continually improving the quality of our housing stock in Causeway area and where better to invest than in the heart of the home, the kitchen.
"The existing kitchens in these homes had come to the end of their useful life and needed to be replaced. The new kitchens will not only improve the quality of our properties but we hope they will make everyday life a bit easier for the tenants involved."
