Resurfacing Scheme In Newry To Begin

A £215,000 resurfacing scheme in Newry is set to begin.

The scheme, on the Tandragee Road, is due to begin on 12 January, between Carnbane Rd and Sheepbridge Road.

To help minimise any inconvenience to the travelling public and local businesses, all preparatory work is programmed to be completed using a 40mph temporary speed restriction from 12 January until 27 January.

A full road closure will be used for the resurfacing work from 28 January to 11 February, and local traffic diversions will be signed for road users.

The scheme is expected to be completed on 11 February 2015.
