The Social Development Minister has released the 'Development Brief' for the Ulster Bar Corner site in Antrim.
Mervyn Storey MLA is calling on interested parties and to put forward their ideas for the regeneration of the sites. He said he was glad to be able to help realise a way forward for the site, which has been derelict for many years.
The Minister added: "The redevelopment of this site was a key objective in the Antrim Masterplan as a way to assist in the regeneration of the whole town centre. This work follows on from my Department's funding for Public Realm improvements of £1.5million and a Revitalisation Programme of £200,000, in the Market Square, High Street and Church Street areas of Antrim.
"I know that the local Council, traders and public alike will welcome the publication of this Development Brief and look forward to seeing the site utilised to best effect."
