Two Road Improvement Projects To Start In Newtownards

£400,000 has been secured for two road improvement projects to commence in Newtownards, Northern Ireland.

A £350,000 resurfacing scheme at the A0020, Portaferry Road, Newtownards, between Finlays Road and north of Cunningburn Road, commenced on Wednesday 28 January. Work is expected to be substantially completed by early March.

There is also a £65,000 resurfacing scheme for Old Shore Road, which follows the recent completion of a footway provision scheme. It is scheduled to begin on Monday 2 February and is expected to be substantially completed by the end of February.
