A £205,000 road improvement scheme in Clough, Northern Ireland, is to begin on 4 February.
The project, on the A25 Castlewellan Road, involves the resurfacing of a 1.1km stretch of the road between the Aghlisnafin Road and Dromara Road junctions. It is expected to be complete by Friday 13 March.
Transport Minister Danny Kennedy said: "This £215,000 scheme represents a significant investment in the roads infrastructure on the route between Castlewellan and Clough. Once work is complete, road users will quickly realise the long term benefits from the new road surface along the stretch."
