Plans on the preferred alignment for the A4 Enniskillen Southern Bypass have been announced.
A public information day will be held on 17 June in the Ardhowen Theatre to help inform the general public and allow them to comment on the proposals.
Transport Minister Danny Kennedy said it is hoped the new road will carry 12,000 vehicles per day.
Mr Kennedy said: "I am aware of the traffic congestion problems within Enniskillen and I am very pleased that the project has progressed to this stage.
"Current estimates put the overall project cost in the region of £30m and this will represent a significant investment in the Fermanagh area. However, I am conscious of the current funding constraints which ultimately will control the timetable for the delivery of this project."
