Piperhill Construction To Renovate Premises In Bangor

Piperhill Construction has been appointed to renovate new premises used by the North Down TMCA in Bangor.

The YMCA agreed to sell their premises to the Department for Social Development (DSD) and relocate to new premises in High Street.

North Down YMCA currently operate out of premises at 39 Queen's Parade which is situated within the development boundary for the Queen's Parade scheme. The estimated cost of the refurbishment is £409,000 and is part of the funding allocated to the overall costs of the comprehensive development scheme.

The refurbishment is expected to take approximately 20 weeks to complete.
