A plant hire firm and and a driver have been found guilty in relation to a dangerously overweight vehicle.
Mr Richard Lee from Enniskillen, was fined £200 and given three penalty points.
FAL Plant & Tool Hire Ltd in Ballinamallard was fined £500. The court also ordered Mr Lee and FAL Plant & Tool Hire Ltd to each pay an offender levy of £15 and court costs of £15.
Mr Lee who was employed by FAL Plant & Tool Hire was stopped on the 04 March by Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA) officers on the A32 in Enniskillen.
The vehicle being driven by Mr Lee was found to be overloaded on the 1st axle by 220 kgs (6.8%), overloaded on the 2nd axle by 1,980 kgs (35.3%) and overloaded on the gross vehicle weight by 3500 kgs (46.6%) which rendered the vehicle in a dangerous condition.
