Over €3 million in funding has been secured to redevelop the Moyross Community Enterprise Centre in Limerick.
The funding, which is part of the Limerick Regeneration Programme, will be used to extend and refurbish the building and will deliver a much improved space from which these key community supports can be provided.
The space will include four new enterprise units, new public meetings rooms, a multi-purpose community hall, training rooms, class rooms, reception area, new café/restaurant, offices for the Moyross Credit Union and the CCTV Monitoring Centre. From an urban design and regeneration perspective, the proposed building will establish a strong community presence facing on to Moyross Avenue.
