Fianna Fáil has called on the Taoiseach to publish a letter sent by the Fortress Group from an unsuccessful bidder of NAMA's £1.3 billion property porfolio in Northern Ireland.
Leader Micheál Martin has said the Taoiseach's office must know if it received a complaint letter.
In response to questions from Deputy Martin in the Dáil, the Taoiseach claimed he knew nothing about the letter which outlined grave concerns about the bidding process for Project Eagle.
He said: "It is unacceptable that we have still heard nothing from the Taoiseach since yesterday. I find it incredibly difficult to believe that the Taoiseach’s office has no idea whether or not they received this highly significant correspondence. I also find it inconceivable that the office has been unable to get to the bottom of the matter since yesterday when the Taoiseach made his promises to the Dáil.
"This is an exceptionally serious matter and it cannot be brushed under the carpet."
