A £165,000 road resurfacing project in Moira, Co Down, is to start on Monday 14 December.
Funded by the NI Executive, the work on the Clarehill Road will extends for a distance of approximately one mile from Bottier Road to Redhill Road.
Transport Minister Michelle McIlveen said: "This significant investment will greatly improve the strength and surface quality of this road and help resolve ongoing maintenance issues associated with it."
The work is expected to be complete on 30 January 2016.
A diversion will be in operation via Redhill Road, Steps Road, Belfast Road and Meeting Street.
