Cleary McCabe & Associates To Work On Boland's Quay Project

An executive development platform has been put together to manage the Boland's Quay project in Dublin's Docklands.

Joint receivers Mark Reynolds and Glenn Cran of Savills have been named and Michael Cleary of Cleary McCabe & Associates has been appointed Development Director of the 'Boland's Quay Development Group' (BQDG).

The BDQG is a collaboration of Savills and property development consultancy, Cleary McCabe & Associates.

Mr Cleary will report directly to the NAMA appointed receivers, Mark Reynolds and Glenn Cran.

Mr Cleary said: "I'm delighted that Cleary McCabe & Associates has been appointed to work on the iconic Boland's Quay project. Our extensive experience in the development sector will enable us to direct, support and promote the successful delivery of this major scheme. We firmly believe that this project will become a landmark development in the resurgent Dublin Docklands area."
