Boil Water Notice Issued To Consumers On Loughrea Public Water Supply

A boil water notice has been put in place to protect customers on the Loughrea Public Water Supply in Co Galway.

The notice was issued following advice from the Health Service Executive, Irish Water and Galway County Council.

The notice only applies to consumers on the Loughrea Public Water Supply including the Craughwell area and the following group water schemes – Earlspark, Masonbrook, Newtowndaly, Loughrea Rural, Killeenadeema, Carrowmore/Clostoken & Caherlaven, Caherdine, Carrigean.

Irish Water and Galway County Council apologised for any inconvenience caused.
