Vayu Energy To Support 8th Annual Action Renewables Awards

Vayu Energy has announced it is supporting the 8th Annual Action Renewables Awards for a second year.

The event will take place at Titanic Belfast on Thursday 31 March 2016, and Vayu will sponsor a new category, 'Best Energy Saving Large Organisation'. The addition of this accolade emphasises the development of renewable energy's importance for NI businesses, organisations, and community groups.

"We are delighted to have launched in Northern Ireland and to sponsor the Action Renewables Awards for the second year running, helping to highlight the wide range of expertise and innovation that exists across Northern Ireland’s renewables industry," said Mary Rossiter, Vayu Energy. "The impressive calibre of last year's entries and the overwhelmingly positive response to the awards clearly demonstrates the importance of renewables to local businesses. As a supplier of 100% green electricity, this is something we’re seeing on the ground first hand, which is very encouraging. We would encourage as many businesses as possible to enter this year and help us to celebrate the very best in renewables."

The deadline for entry to the 2016 Action Renewables Awards is 5pm Monday 15 February 2016.
