Representatives from Sinn Féin have met with members of the Narrow Water Bridge Community Network to discuss future projects in Warrenpoint.

Sinn Féin MLA Caitríona Ruane and her colleague Michael Gray Sloan met with the members on Friday, 19 February.

She said: "We discussed a number of key infrastructural projects in the area, particularly the Narrow Water bridge project.

"We assured the group Sinn Féin remains 100 per cent committed to the project and we will do everything we can to take it forward.

"The Narrow Water Bridge development would transform the entire local area and we want to see it begin as soon as possible."
