DJR Contracts Completes Nursing Home Refurb Project

Construction firm DJR Contracts has completed a refurbishment project at a nursing home in Ballyclare.

Hamilton Private Nursing Home on the Ballycorr Road has been expanded and refurbished as part of a £1.5 million Ulster Bank-backed investment.

New facilities include luxury en-suite bedrooms, lounges with rural views, a riverside café and hairdressing salon.

Heather Hamilton said: "Such has been the scope of the renovations that we have effectively created a new-build facility. We have worked closely with Ulster Bank to be able to create a modern home which can continue to provide high quality care to local people. Already, we have had a very positive response from all visitors, including those from the caring professions."

The home was designed by Blackstaff Architects. TA Electric and RC Plumbing and Heating provided the mechanical and electrical services.
