Call For Irish Water To Publish Full Legal Opinion

Sinn Féin has called on Irish Water to publish its full legal opinion after leaked legal advice to the Irish Times on getting rid of water charges does not correspond with her information from the EU Commission,

MEP Lynn Boylan said: "Our view is that there is nothing to stop Ireland from using the derogation and we have that in black and white from the EU Commission.

"The reality is that if the political will exists we can get rid of water charges."
