A total of 81 new kitchens were installed at homes in the Westacres area at a cost of almost £364,000.
Denise McNally, NIHE's Area Manager, said: "This is more great news for the area and I am delighted with the level of input our tenants were able to give. They were able to select their own units, worktops and tiles so they are getting the kitchen they really want.
