Minister Releases NAMA Papers To The Finance Committee

The Finance Minister has released papers from the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) to the Committee.

Minister Máirtín Ó Muilleoir released the papers following an investigation into the sale of the NAMA Northern Ireland property portfolio to Cerberus Capital Management.

Sinn Féin MLA John O'Dowd welcomed the news and said it demonstrates the Minister's commitment to transparency.

Mr O'Dowd said: "It is now incumbent on the Irish government to play its part and set up a Commission of Investigation."
