Nearly 50 social homes have been fitted with new guttering in north Belfast.
Finlock guttering has been removed from 49 Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) properties in the Ballysillan area.
The new facia and guttering, which cost almost £2,000 per property, will help reduce damp and future proof the homes.
NIHE North Belfast Area Manager Malachy McKinney said: "Another 64 properties will receive replacement guttering as part of this scheme's first phase, bringing the total number of properties in the area receiving an upgrade to 113. Further phases of work will follow."
