Echoing the positive forecast statistics by CIS for their 2017 Special Report, The Ulster Bank Construction Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) for September reported new orders increasing for a 39th consecutive month and at its fastest pace since March; which is an excellent indicator of future activity.
