Developer Prosecuted For Failing To Comply With Building Regulations

A developer in Belfast has been fined for failing to comply with building regulations over work carried out on a property in Shandon Park in east Belfast.

Mosspat Developments Ltd was fined £200 not complying with a contravention notice served on them in May of last year.

The firm was also given 12-month conditional discharges for three further offences at adjoining properties, and ordered to pay costs to Belfast City Council, who brought the prosecution.
