Approximately 50 construction jobs are to be created during the development of 38 new homes in Carrickfergus, Co Antrim.

The £4.5 million scheme for Hagan Homes will be based on the Darby Road and is expected to take two years to complete.

The development will include 38 townhouses - semi-detached and detached.

Phase 1 of the development is scheduled for completion in spring 2018, with prices starting from £114,950.

The entire site is due for completion by spring 2019.
