Quinn Automatic is making significant progress on NI Water's Sewer Rehabilitation Project withing Derry City Walls.

Work has now started in the Bishop street area and is expected to take a week to complete.

Extensive investigation works, which were carried out during November 2016, identified that the sewer around Bishop Gate is in poor condition and requires rehabilitation works.

All of the works are being programmed to be completed prior to the commencement of Public Realm work within the Walls later this year.

Diversions have been put in place.
