Funding Announced For Two National Schools In Donegal

Funding has been allocated to carry out works at two national schools in Donegal.

SN na Carraige in Carrick has been given funding to carry out electrical works at the school. Further funding has also been released to St Peter's National School in Mountcharles to carry out external environmental improvements.

Fine Gael Donegal TD Joe McHugh said: "I want to thank Education Minister Richard Bruton for releasing funding for two important works projects which will benefit staff and pupils in both schools.

"I know both schools have been awaiting an announcement from the Department and I am delighted this important work can now go ahead."
