More than 30 heritage projects in Waterford have secured finance from the Built Heritage Investment Scheme and Structures at Risk Fund.
Announcing the investment, Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Heather Humphries TD, said that over €250,000 will be allocated in Architectural Heritage funding for Waterford City and County.
The schemes seek to encourage the conservation, regeneration and reuse of heritage properties, as well as the employment of skilled and experienced conservation craft and tradespersons.
