M&M Construction has completed work to convert a hostel in north Belfast into new homes for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
The hostel on Wall Street in Carrick Hill has been refurbished into three-bedroom homes which have been completely renovated including new kitchens and bathrooms.
NIHE Area Manager, Malachy McKinney, said: "We are thrilled to create three new homes in Carrick Hill, an area of high demand for social housing.
"The houses are finished to a very high specification. The former hostel has been completely rebuilt internally to provide spacious new homes with modern bathrooms/kitchens and all new fixtures and fittings throughout. Both the tenants and residents’ group are delighted with the properties."
