Essential maintenance work is to be carried out on a water main on the Ballinclea Road in Dún Laoghaire.
The work will take place from 8am to 6pm on Tuesday, 11 July.
The scheme is necessary to support development in the area and may cause a disruption to the water supply for customers in the following areas: Killiney Hill Road, Wyvern Park, Killiney Road, Ballinclea Road, Springhill Park, Angelsea Park, Cluny Grove, Cluny Road, Ballinclea Woods, Beechcourt, Clonlost Killiney Road, Avondale Crescent and Avondale Road.
Irish Water aims to minimise inconvenience to homes and businesses.
Michael Kenny, Irish Water's Operations Lead for Dún Laoghaire Rathdown, said: "We would like to apologise to our customers in Killiney for any inconvenience that may be caused as a result of this essential work. Our priority in carrying out this essential work is to keep any disruption to residents and businesses to an absolute minimum.
