Graham Wins Hard FM Deal With Dublin City University

Graham Facilities Management (FM) has secured a new Hard FM services deal with Dublin City University (DCU).

The five-year contract involves delivering a range of services including mechanical, electrical, building fabric maintenance, projects and helpdesk services. The University's estate consists of over 70 buildings with a total area of 278,709m2, spread over five campuses located in the North West of Dublin.

In addition, 15 new jobs will be created by the contract in the area.

Gareth Smyth, Operations Director, said: "We look forward to working with Dublin City University who are a welcome addition to our growing client portfolio. Working with a number of similar organisations, we are able to successfully offer a range of best practice operations and lessons learned to ensure that DCU will benefit from a Hard FM contract that adds value to its staff, students and users."
