Northern Irish firm Lagan Building Contractors has won a £35 million contract to build 263 apartments/townhouses in Salford, Manchester.
The contractor will deliver Phase One of the Outwood Wharf development and work commenced on site in July.
The units are being build as part of a wider £125m investment in the North West, which will deliver around 600 residential units over the next four years.
Jon Adams, Managing Director of Lagan Building Contractors, said: "Phase 1 of Outwood Wharf is an anchor project for Lagan Building Contractors to demonstrate it's intent in the North West to strategically and organically grow it's business from it's newly established Regional Office in Manchester."
