The Action Cancer House in south Belfast has been put on the market.
Commercial property agency Lisney has been appointed to sell or let the building located on Marlborough Park.
Built in 1917, the property has been occupied by Action Cancer since 1975 for use as the charity's breast screening clinic, therapeutic support centre and headquarters.
Initially a detached residential property, the building was very substantially but extended at the start of the millennium to accommodate the growing demand for the charity's Life Saving and Supporting services.
Andrew Gawley, Associate Director at Lisney, said: "Action Cancer House has a prominent location in one of the most sought-after areas of Belfast.
"The building is suitable for a wide range of uses - including as offices, clinic, day care facility and nursery - subject to the necessary consents being awarded.
"Within close proximity to Balmoral Avenue and the M1 Motorway network, it enjoys ease of access to the wider province and the Republic of Ireland.
"Internally, the building is comprised of private offices, meeting rooms, boardroom, consulting rooms, a clinic, reception, kitchen and toilet facilities.
"The property further benefits from a lift, alarm system, CCTV and a solar panel providing hot water."
The total site covers 0.3 acres, with the self-contained office and clinic comprising 5,200 sq ft of space across three floors.
The property also offers generous on-site parking, with room for 23 vehicles.
