The Department of Infrastructure is continuing to repair and clean up roads due to Storm Ophelia.
Sinn Féin infrastructure spokesperson Philip McGuigan also urged road users to remain vigilant as the operation continues.
He said: "The clean-up work to clear roads of debris has started. I urge all road users to take extra care of loose debris while this work continues and to be mindful that further tree falls are possible.
"Road users should reduce their speed, stay well behind the vehicle in front and always wear their seatbelt."
