Around 700 Residents Without Water After Water Main Bursts

Around 700 residents in Sixmilebridge, Annagore Bridge, Soreeney and surrounding areas have been left without water due to a burst water main.

Irish Water crews are currently working to repair the water main and the water supply is expected to remain off for most of today, 25 January.

Alternative water supplies are being arranged for the area and details of their location will be notified shortly to local media and posted on the Service and Supply Section of the Irish Water website www.irishwater.ie.
