Work Begins On Carriageway Resurfacing Scheme In Co Down

Work has begun on a carriageway resurfacing scheme in Hilltown, Co Down.

A new Puffin crossing will also be installed in the Main Street area of the town to improve road safety for pedestrians.

A total of £60,000 is being invested in the project and the work is expected to be complete by the end of February.

Diversions will be put in place during the works.
