Construction Work On Co Down Road Scheme To Begin

Work on a road improvement project in Newtownards is to begin on Thursday, 22 February.

The £230,000 resurfacing scheme on the Crawsfordsburn Road will improve the strength and surface quality of the carriageway along a 1.4km section of the 'C class' road.

Work is expected to be completed by the end of March.

Traffic diversions will be put in place and local access will be maintained.
