Construction work is underway to expand a business park in south Belfast.
A total of £8 million is being invested in Weavers Court business park and up to 480 jobs are expected to be created.
Alliance MLA Paula Bradshaw welcomed the announcement.
She said: "Weavers Court is rapidly establishing itself as the major technology park in Northern Ireland, and this investment and potential job creation is a major vote of confidence in Belfast.
"We know to grow the city's economy we need to develop our indigenous private sector, attract talent, and provide opportunities for our citizens.
"At a time when Brexit-related uncertainty is dampening private sector investment, this news is particularly welcome and shows Belfast continues to experience substantial demand for grade A office space."
